This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded real estate professional to take responsibility across a diversified portfolio and all major asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive asset management of a diversified portfolio across office, residential, retail, logistics and mixed-use assets
• Development and implementation of asset strategies to maximize value and performance
• Business plan creation, execution and continuous monitoring
• Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Management of external service providers (property managers, leasing agents, technical advisors, etc.
