What you'll doDevelop and report project/program plans for Engineering deliverables and track their statusManage tasks/workpackages and milestones within Engineering to ensure that program deliverables are metSupport Engineering management in resource assessments and resource planning scenariosSchedule Engineering related tests on test systems and Lab systems to validate system performanceOrder and track Engineering materialProvide support for Pilot and High Volume Manufacturing by organizing relevant Engineering documents or tracking their availability (Bill of Material, Drawings, Schematics)Coordinate, track and support execution of NSRs (Non Standard Request) in the Product Lifecycle Management system, ensuring approved non-standard changes are implemented in accordance with Lam governanceModerate Engineering milestones release meetings (e.g. Theory of Operation's)Track Engineering related KPIs (key performance indicators) and provide visibility to leadership on risks, delays, & corrective actionsContribute to Engineering budget planning (OPEX, CAPEX, AOP requests, programs)Manage content preparation for customer milestonesManage product development transitions to other Lam entitiesDevelop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholdersPrepare presentations, reports, and summaries for marketing and executive forumsIdentify gaps in business processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracyWho we're looking forBachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years' experience; or a PhD with 3+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
